Physical and Chemical PropertiesChemical quality This product is a yellow transparent liquid. Relative density d4200.93 ~ 0.97,nD 301.40±0.2. It has good wettability and soluble acidity. It can reduce surface tension, improve suspension capacity and oil selection penetration capacity. In 10% ~ 30% hydrochloric acid, the product is dispersed when the concentration is 1%, and transparent when the concentration is 5%.
UseUses the oilfield is used as an acidifying micelle agent. It is suitable for the stimulation of heavy oil and low permeability oil wells in the process of oil production. The dosage is 5-10% of the acid volume. It is also used for the dredging and co-injection operation of water injection wells blocked by oil masonry, and the dosage is 5%.

add 50% sodium hydroxide in the amount of catalyst to the reaction kettle, preheat to 100 ℃, add isooctanol, and stir well. Vacuum dewatering until anhydrous distillation. After replacing the air in the kettle with nitrogen, ethylene oxide is added. React at 0.15 MPa and 130 ℃ until the pressure does not drop. After cooling, the prepared polyoxyethylene isooctyl ether was transferred to the esterification kettle. 0.2 ~ 0.3% phosphorous acid solution is added at about 40 ℃ (to prevent local oxidation of P2O5). Add P2O5 dropwise (the molar ratio of polyoxyethylene isooctyl ether to P2O5 is 3:1). After dropping, the reaction was carried out at 80~90 ℃ for 6 h. After the reaction is completed, 0.1% hydrogen peroxide is added to oxidize the phosphorous acid. Filter with 100-mesh stainless steel screen while hot to remove impurities.
The filtrate was transferred into the neutralization kettle, and 8% ~ 10% hot water was added and stirred at 60~70 ℃ for 1~2 hours. Finally, NaOH aqueous solution is added for neutralization until the pH value is 6.1~6.5. The product is obtained by discharging and packaging.
